About Ovidius

Ovidius GmbH with headquarters in Berlin (Germany) develops SGML- and XML-based solutions for professional data management in the area of technical documentation. Ovidius targets companies with complex documentation requirements, e.g. automotive, mechanical engineering, aerospace and defence, medical engineering and IT companies.

Ovidius GmbH was founded in 1996 by Klaus Fenchel together with other SGML/XML experts. Since then Ovidius has continuously increased its product range. With the takeover of the Schwerin (Germany)-based software company EasyBrowse at the beginning of 2008 Ovidius expanded its expertise as a provider of complete solutions for technical documentation. EasyBrowse develops and distributes comprehensive solutions for electronic publication of data on CDs and DVDs, the Web and mobile devices.
